Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals needed to verify that the submission is legitimate. Resend processes email delivery data so the inquiry and confirmation email can be sent.

We use contact form information to respond to your inquiry, route the request to the Grand Arc team, send a confirmation email, prevent abuse, and maintain site security.

We do not sell contact form information. We do not use contact form submissions for paid advertising profiles.

We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, and Turnstile verification, and Resend for transactional email delivery.

These providers process information only as needed to provide those services and protect the site.

We keep inquiry records only as long as needed to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, or meet legal and security obligations.

You can ask us to review or delete a contact inquiry by submitting a new request through the contact form.

The site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

Do not submit personal information if you are under 13.

You decide what information to include in the contact form. If information is incomplete, we may not be able to respond.

For privacy requests, use the contact form and choose Other as the inquiry type.
